In an effort to help make services more affordable to clients, there is an opportunity to get your service discounted based upon your family size and yearly gross income. Additionally, we have several payment options which allow clients to pay for their assessment service with more favorable terms (i.e. no interest monthly payments) through one of our financial partners.

What are the advantages of choosing an online service?Assessments services that are conducted online provide multiple benefits: Limiting yourself to local providers, generally limits your access to quality care. Often times local treatment providers are financially incentivized to recommend treatment or education within their agency. Using an online service provider, such as Assessment Now, is more private and it saves you stress, money, and time. Assessments can be completed in a short timeframe. Our customer service model is built upon our ability to provide an approved professional report when you need it. The total time commitment for a typical assessment, start to finish, is 90 minutes or less. Your evaluator will deliver your report in 4 business days. We also provide rush services for those who need a report sooner. Additional fees apply for rush order services.

Will I still be able to find work after a DOT violation?Yes. If you complete a SAP process, almost all DOT-regulated employees end up finding new employment (if their current/most recent employer does not want to retain them). Though you can recover your license and endorsements, this doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to look as attractive on paper as you would have prior to your violation. Even though many employers have to assume higher insurance costs and unwanted complications, it’s still worth it to get an employee.
-
How long does it take to complete a questionnaire? While this can vary depending upon the person and type of evaluation you are seeking, this part of the assessment process takes most of our clients 45 minutes or less to complete.
