  1. Attorney advised evaluations - your legal representation may have asked that you get assessed in an attempt to help your court better understand your situation and/or get you the support you need. In either case, getting assessed during a criminal or civil litigation process can often mean you’ll have a chance to obtain a more favorable legal outcome.

  2. Evaluations required for probation or parole.

  3. Evaluations required by a court as terms for dismissal of a criminal case or plea deal.

  4. Self-referral or referral from a concerned family member.

All our evaluators are credentialed and licensed by an official state professional board to evaluate, diagnose, and treat concerns relating to mental health. Upon completion of your interview process, your evaluator will email you a 2-3 page report which summarizes your evaluator’s clinical findings and recommendations. Considering every client we serve has a unique situation, your report will provide a custom treatment plan only when it is found to be clinically appropriate. Unlike most other assessment service providers, our practice is without any financial incentive to recommend ongoing care. In instances where recommendations are given, we make a concerted effort to provide our clients with recommendations that are tailored to the client’s needs and limitations (financial challenges, mobility issues, etc.) Whether you want to resolve an outstanding concern, better yourself, or move on from a frustrating legal circumstance as quickly and graciously as possible, we're here to help.
