If you so choose, our 2-step assessment service will be conducted remotely - there is no need to leave the comfort of your own home. Upon completion of your evaluation service, you have will receive a comprehensive 2+ page report which summarizes your evaluator's findings and clinical opinion. You will have full control over this evaluative report and it cannot be shared with any third-parties without your consent.

Assessment Now provides professional chemical dependency assessment services for individuals in all 50 States (some exclusions may apply). A general "drug & alcohol assessment" or "substance abuse assessment" is often required when a prescription medication, illegal drug, and/or alcohol are part of the following circumstances:

A legal case where the suspect is thought to be under the influence.

Criminal cases involving possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, domestic violence, trespassing, etc.

Inquiries initiated by a concerned physician or other prescriber.

Investigations initiated by child protective services or another similar agency.

Instances where you or a loved one are concern about your use of drugs and/or alcohol.
Your evaluative process will generally consist of screening and data collection through the use of questionnaire(s), followed by a interview time with Trevor Davis, LSW, LCDC-III, SAP and/or his assistant Lane Davis, CDCA. After the interview, Trevor will email a report to you in 4 business days of your interview. If you need your evaluative report sooner, be sure to ask us about rush order options. Your evaluative process is totally confidential and your intended recipients only see your 2-4-page evaluative report if you authorize us to do this after you've reviewed your report.
